1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and t7777 ("t7777," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the t7777 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at t7777.one (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the t7777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory requirement under Philippine gaming regulations. t7777 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of t7777, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the t7777 Platform for any reason.

t7777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the t7777 Platform, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by t7777.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) t7777 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. t7777 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. t7777 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify t7777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

t7777 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where t7777 has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the t7777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). t7777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

Deposits are credited to your t7777 wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified in the Payments section of the Platform, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification requirements.

t7777 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting supporting documentation for large transactions. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the outcome of such reviews.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. t7777 will not process withdrawals to accounts or wallets that do not belong to the registered account holder.

t7777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which t7777 accepts no responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

t7777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Where a player attempts to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements, t7777 reserves the right to deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it prior to processing the withdrawal.

t7777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. t7777 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is detected.

Each promotion is available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Players found to be abusing promotional offers may have their accounts suspended and balances forfeited.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t7777 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any other time.

Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the t7777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of t7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the t7777 Platform without the prior written consent of t7777.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if t7777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

t7777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your t7777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

t7777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. t7777 shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond t7777's reasonable control.

10. Responsible Gaming

t7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their gaming activity. Players can access deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options from their account dashboard at any time.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

t7777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• t7777 has reason to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• A player has failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• A player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• t7777 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory order.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, t7777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the t7777 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact t7777's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. t7777 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
